They are hand-made in Seville using extra-virgin olive oil, and then flvoured with either sweet or savoury toppings. This lightly salted biscuit is designed to be eaten with cheese, pates and other cold meats. As well as sea-salt, it has a little thyme and rosemary added, giving a delicately herby flavour which matches with the toppings perfectly. Preservative and cholesterol-free. Six biscuits per pack.
