Lomo Iberico


Acorn fed Iberian Lomo (100gr)

Serrano Reserva lomo (pork loin) slices in a vacuum pack, made of pure-bred Duroc Serrano pigs in Galicia which give the meat its marbling. Cured for around 2 months to give an intense depth of flavour using less salt in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow. It is advised to serve the slices at room temperature to allow the full flavour to be enjoyed.
