This unique, single variety white wine comes from one of Tenerife’s lower yielding, richer harvests in 2016. The Gual fruit is fermented in stainless steel and concrete egg tanks resulting in a wonderfully aromatic white wine with layers of smoke, jasmine, melon and pineapple on the nose. The palate is rich and buttery with a long, moreish finish.
